A Virtual Expert® is a tech-savvy, independent contractor who provides services to professionals online, such as administrative tasks, graphic design work, and technical services. The VE has taken additional training classes to establish them as an exceptional asset to your business. They are self-employed and usually work from home using their own equipment.
What is the difference between a Virtual Expert® (VE) and a Virtual Assistant (VA)?
A virtual assistant provides many administrative tasks, techy tasks and everything in between. Some may be efficient but many are not. Anyone can put himself or herself on the Internet and say that they are a virtual assistant. You don’t know what you are getting. As a Virtual Expert® you are hiring a person dedicated to their profession, and go the extra mile to learn and continue to learn and evolve in their specialty. The Virtual Expert® has completed a comprehensive and rigorous training program that includes an opportunity for certification from The Expert VA® Training Program.
Hiring a Virtual Expert® versus a permanent employee, what it means for your business.
When you hire a Virtual Expert®, you pay for only the time that it takes to complete the services contracted for. A VE works from their home office and handles your business remotely. With an onsite full-time employee there are paid benefits, training, and downtime for your business. Working with a VE you have no overhead, saving you time and money.
Will I work with you, or is there a team that works with you?
As the owner of Be Everything Virtual, I plan to work diligently with you to grow your business, a true partnership. If a time comes that you need a service that I am not an expert in, I have a network of VEs that I work closely with to get the necessary work completed.

How do we communicate?
During our initial consultation, we will discuss general project details and how you prefer to communicate with me. Email is usually the best way to submit requests keeping everything clear and concise however other options such as texting, phone calls, instant messaging or Zoom calls may also be used.
What is your turnaround time for responding to inquiries?
In most cases, prompt response to all inquiries will be given, with all being answered within 24 hours of being received.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I use PayPal.
Do you ensure confidentiality?
None of your personal or business information will be disclosed to third parties without your written consent. I am happy to sign a confidentiality agreement if this makes you more comfortable. If my services include logging into your accounts, I use LastPass software to ensure that all your password information is secure.
